Other Shoes Falling

Throwing a shoe at someone is pretty violent and insulting. Saying “the other” shoe means it’s repetitive. Expect a heck of a lot of shoes to fall on Trump in 2017. No one is waiting for the other shoe to drop. Here’s one now:

Yes, one of the many women who claimed Trump assaulted them has filed suit as a result of no apology. It will be interesting to see if others join the suit in some way or there will be “Chinese water torture” by way of dozens of suits. Lord knows enough people hate Trump to fund any number of suits.

This one is particularly interesting because she was “an apprentice” and may well have grounds to subpoena video recordings from the show. If any of the bad behaviour was exhibited on the premises that would be lapped up by a jury. I expect this suit might also call other women to testify to a pattern of behaviour. That would also be convincing. Expect a flawed man who was a flawed candidate to be a flawed president. He’s without shame and may attempt to carry on but I’ll bet there are enough gentlemen and ladies in the Congress to jerk his chain mightily. Of course this might do nothing to put Washington right but it would sure feel better…

    Yes,

    • Contempt for women,
    • Narcissism,
    • Huge ego

are the ingredients for a highly probably out-take of Trump being gross. I don’t think he will settle because his ego won’t let him. Hence, expect a big train-wreck in the middle of his first term. I think we’re looking at the “tip of the ice-berg” phenomenon here, as witnesses and victims converge on this case. Meanwhile Trump I will Tweet while Rome burns.

Kurkosdr its not just Trump speech that is the problem.

If you start digging of videos of different events with Trump with female introduction personal he does the wrong thing to them many times over. So there is every chance Trump is on video doing the wrong thing with this lady.

So Trump is on video at different times groping women. Then he makes a statement that is likes doing that and so all those times should not be thought of as accidental. I call what Trump did mega foot in mouth because it made the effected women go back and go hey what I was not the only one.

Now if what Trump had was a statement about groping women and no video evidence of him ever doing that then it would be a different matter. Of course just because Trump is guilty as sin in this case does not mean he will not get off. The reality is the amount of video evidence showing Trump groping was anyone else on security cameras who is challenged over it you would say they were stuffed in court and should attempt to settle.

” Why is that Trump needs others to explain “what he really meant”? ”

Well, there are those things called “figure of speech” phrases. Do you really believe Trump clenched his fist on some woman’s genitalia and pulled them toward his general direction? No. Much like “lasso-ing them in”, it is a figure of speech to indicate the speed and relative easiness something is happening.

But, if you employ an SJW brigade, you can make even a pointless piece of locker-room talk into wordcrime.

Why is it that Trump needs others to explain “what he really meant”? Can’t he speak English in complete sentences? Does he constantly lie and need reprocessing of his words? Sad that USA is going to be run by an idiot.

“Trump told an open mike how much he liked to grope women… ”

Nope. That’s just creative interpretation of Trump’s bragging. He just meant his wealth and fame allows him to easily date women and lure them to his bed without too much effort. If you listen to the whole tape, he clearly says women date him because he is rich and famous.

“You think he’s not guilty? Good luck proving that in a court of law. ”
Prove not guilty? Is this some kind of social-justice justice? *shivers*

“Trump can drag in character witnesses and the plaintiff can drag in character witnesses but when they play that tape…”
What tape? The locker-room bragging one (which is not evidence of crime in court despite the best efforts of SJWs to make it appear as one), or you claim there is another tape? Because ’till that hypothetical tape is proved to exist, you can’t act as if it exists.

Trump told an open mike how much he liked to grope women… You think he’s not guilty? Good luck proving that in a court of law. This is not a criminal proceeding but a civil suit. The preponderance of evidence is good enough. Trump can drag in character witnesses and the plaintiff can drag in character witnesses but when they play that tape… If they can get recordings from the set of that show where he was talking that way in the workplace it will be the last nail in the coffin. The man’s a brute. He has no shame. He will argue no doubt that POTUS is above all this but I’ll bet there are enough in Congress to impeach. Then we’ll be left with Pence who is another kettle of fish…

Her explanation was that the video with the bus showed she was not the only victim and she was motivated to do her part. Bullies like to divide and conquer. She wants that to stop.

It is possible this suit is not about politics but right and wrong. Justice does not end with an election. Its wheels grind slowly but finely.

Since the supposed assault happened years ago, one can’t help but wonder why they didn’t press charges back then, when any evidence would be easier to acquire/subpoena and everybody would remember things more vividly. Of course, they might have placed the date so far in time to take advantage of that, aka even if Trump is acquitted, they can claim that “it happened because the evidence was lost and nobody remembers the event”.

One cannot also help why they didn’t bring the case when Trump had started winning primaries and there was a distinct possibility he might become POTUS, but chose to do it a couple of weeks before election week. I mean, they kept the supposed assault silent for so many years, they stayed silent while Trump crushed all his opponents in the primaries, and came out just a couple of weeks before election week? Are we supposed to file this under “circumstance”?

Also keep in mind that political parties do secret ballots that help them gauge the possibility of their opponent winning. The suspicious person in me can’t help but think that a critical number passed a certain threshold and the political establishment went into panic mode and they had to do something.

PS: A man getting accused for assault in 2017 is like a black person accused of theft in ’50s America. A trial by media follows were the accused is presumed guilty and is called to prove innocence (or called to apologise and accept guilt to avoid the impending trial by media). After that happens, if the accuser doesn’t weasel out and drop charges leaving the whole case floating in the air like a morning fart then the accused may get a chance to stand a real trial on the future. Nice. I never thought I would grow sympathetic to the person responsible for Trump University, but it happened.

  9. Kurkosdr wrote, “if there was a scrap of real evidence, they would have run the lawsuit since early summer to be in time for the presidential elections.”

The demand letter was sent Nov 11, after the election. I guess the person did not want to harm the GOP’s chances… It is possible the lady is a Republican… It is possible this suit is not about politics but right and wrong. Justice does not end with an election. Its wheels grind slowly but finely.

    Establishment’s Hail Mary attempt #4.

Let’s be honest here, if there was a scrap of real evidence, they would have run the lawsuit since early summer to be in time for the presidential elections. But they didn’t because there is most likely no case. But you see, several important “donors” are complaining louder and louder about all those millions they lost, so something has to be done just so something is done. Hence, they decide to run the suit anyway.

When the suit goes down in flames due to lack of evidence, it will be recorded as a new low of the political establishment. For Hail Mary #5 they might even try throwing themselves in front of the presidential limo’s wheels and claiming injury. That’s another common scam of desperate people do btw.

I mean, com’on… Do they really think Trump will succumb to pleading guilty to character-assassination charges without trial after the election, when he didn’t do it before the election? Do they really think Trump will be weakened by this, instead of dancing on their backs after the trial and presenting himself as the man who got wrongly accused, suffered a trial by media and survived?

PS: I don’t care about Trump and don’t even like him, but to anger so many fine people such as Hilary, Soros and the Saudi Arabia regime so much, he must be doing something right.
