Rest In Pieces, USA

“The Government of Canada’s immigration website crashed on Tuesday night as the US election results were rolling in.”

See Canadian immigration site crash: Election 2016
What can I say? TLW won a $200 bet that Trump would win. The price of gold spiked. Yes, that’s an instant devaluation of the USD. My stock portfolio will likely get a boost because I have nothing denominated in USD nor traded on US exchanges. I’ve also invested heavily in gold…

Well, it’s sad for USAian democracy that a candidate can be elected with 60% of voters hating him in the primaries and >50% of voters voting against him. For that stupidity/neglect USA will pay a heavy price. Folks will find out that international trade is actually good for USA. Folks will find out that Trump can’t balance a budget. Folks will find out the world will be in chaos in the vacuum created by Trump. Extreme cases will be Asian and Middle Eastern countries going nuclear. Will you feel safer then, paranoid brats?

  1. Ivan says:

Trump him self said that the election collage system was rigged.

He said no such thing. He said the system was rigged and if you’d get off your high horse for a day or so and talk to anyone in the working class you would find many that share that sentiment after a lifetime of being fucked in the ass dry by every Tom, Dick, and Sherry elected to public office.

    Trump has created the riots.

No, the idiotic shit kids that are unwilling to accept they do not live in a Democracy on both coasts created the riots.

  2. oiaohm says:

dougman to document endangerment key information has to match this is not back peddling. You should be calling for that post to be deleted just as much as me because if it removed before anyone the right age sees it you win.

  3. dougman says:

“dougman I am not the right age to come after you.”

Oh, let me guess you are 12.

“Your saving grace is you did not guess my age.”

Backpedaling already? Come on bro! Ahhh, you’re such a wuss.

“Don’t think you will be always this lucky.”

I’m not lucky. Being “lucky” is a misnomer, as in my case, it has always been when experience met opportunity.

  4. oiaohm says:

dougman I am not the right age to come after you. Your saving grace is you did not guess my age. Don’t think you will be always this lucky.

  5. dougman says:

“Since the malice test applies in both countries you are stuffed if someone follows up.”

Someone? Wait…so you think someone else will do it for you? LOL!

Please provide, your inculpatory evidence based on the three elements listed in the statute you linked.

Get filing buddy…. Christmas is coming soon and so is Trumps inauguration.

  6. oiaohm says:

To use the defences above you must usually show that publication was made “in good faith, without ill-will”. Ill-will is usually referred to in law as malice, and includes any dishonest or improper motive. For example, to broadcast a critical comment to get revenge would be seen as malice. If the court decides that you acted with malice, you will lose your defence and could face a charge of criminal defamation, which can be punished by a fine or imprisonment.

dougman illegal/criminal defamation are linked. Australia we have a official change for it USA illegal defamation is changed under many different charged linked to how much risk the person is exposed to due to your action.

I hope you are aware that Australian laws do not apply in America.
A lot of ways if you want the lightest punishment you would agree to face Australian courts. Because you would most likely get away with fine for what you just did. USA case history says about 3 years in jail and a manslaughter charge hanging over your head.

Since the malice test applies in both countries you are stuffed if someone follows up.

  7. dougman says:

Your going to quote Australian law? I hope you are aware that Australian laws do not apply in America. Will you back-trace me now and call the cyber-police?

“You are right and wrong at the same time.”

No, I am right all the time. Unlike you.

“Yes most classes of defamation is not a crime.”

Wait, did you just contradict yourself? Can you EVER keep your BS stories straight?

“Illegal Defamation you have stepped over a particular line.”

You never explained the “illegal / legal” deformation part to me yet.

  8. oiaohm says:

    http://www.thenewsmanual.net/Resources/medialaw_in_australia_02.html
Second. defamation is not a crime, it is a “tort” a civil wrong, rather than a criminal wrong.
You are right and wrong at the same time. Yes most classes of defamation is not a crime. Illegal Defamation you have stepped over a particular line.

Claiming that someone is associated with a group they are not in a defamation action now becomes criminal defamation that can be changed under attempt manslaughter if the risk to life or limb is higher enough. Since you have got the guess age wrong I am not a risk. There are other people named Peter Dolding who you have put at risk you idiot. I am not asking Robert to delete your stupid post for me for the unlucky bugger who has that name who is the age you claimed.

dougman for you own good either leave Internet or learn what Illegal deformation is you can be quite insulting while staying way clear of it.

  9. dougman says:

“Robert Pogson I am sorry to say please delete dougman post his post has just crossed straight into illegal deformation.”

Yes, you are sorry I’d say. Ham-Dong, first it is spelled DEFAMATION. Second. defamation is not a crime, it is a “tort” a civil wrong, rather than a criminal wrong. Third, in-order for I to DEFAME you, it would require that I damage your reputation in some manner, of which you have no reputation except for a facking loser.

Also, could you explain the difference between “legal” and “illegal” deformation?

“Dougman now that is telling a pure lie. That can land you straight in Jail.”

A pure lie, you say? Aren’t lie’s impure? Your reasoning is illogical.

“Ivan Trump him self said that the election collage system was rigged.”

    Who is this Ivan?

“Now he wonders why has protests.”

I am not worried nor am I even remotely concerned about people protesting. If they want to run out in the streets, get hit by cars on the interstate, and riot so be it. Let it be know, that some of them are paid to do so anyways.

    “Trump has created the riots.”

No moron, Trump-daddy won the election. Whiny entitled SJW’s are the one’s that created the riots, namely funded by George Soros. It’s ok though, winter time is soon near and the rabble in the streets will go back home, living with mommy and daddy.

  10. oiaohm says:

Robert Pogson I am sorry to say please delete dougman post his post has just crossed straight into illegal deformation.

Dougman now that is telling a pure lie. That can land you straight in Jail.

Ivan Trump him self said that the election collage system was rigged. Now he wonders why has protests. Trump has created the riots.

Ohio ham arrested in Islamic State-inspired plot to bomb Capitol, FBI says

Ohio ham, who claimed solidarity with the Islamic State terror group, was arrested Wednesday after plotting to bomb the U.S. Capitol and shoot federal government officials as they fled, prosecutors announced in Washington and Ohio.

Ohio ham, identified as 50-year-old Peter Dolding of somewhere in the Australian wilderness, was charged in a criminal complaint and arrested by federal anti-terror agents and Ohio police. The complaint was filed in federal court, where Dolding had not yet entered a plea in the case.

When interviewed, Ohio ham stated that he became enraged when he discovered Capitol Hill utilized IBM SAN Volume Controllers and NTFS in its information technology centers. He states, “Simple fact spinlocks burn SAN platters spinning I show the burn I prove it with WiFi mind reading.”

  12. Ivan says:

Pete, you’re a dumbass. A big, stupid dumbass.

  13. oiaohm says:

dougman what cannot take the fact that trump in first past the post came in second so now you are desperately attempting to change topic.

Reality you are an undesirable worst than the feminist dougman. This is about the USA election not the different political idiots you find in many different countries of course dougman will want to change topics than consider the fact that Trump lost by 0.1 of the population yet still got to be president and neither candidate was anywhere closed to having 50 percent of the population behind them.

Kinda explains the protest on the streets in places of the USA.

  14. dougman says:

Speaking of undesirables, check out this Aussie feminist get smacked back down to reality.

  15. oiaohm says:

I don’t see Trump following through going after Hillary Clinton if he is wise.

I really wonder how long until undesirables that backed Trump work out he is not going to do what they want and cause big trouble.

Its one thing to win an election its another to stay in power if the method you have used to win election causes rioting in the streets.

    http://edition.cnn.com/2016/11/11/politics/popular-vote-turnout-2016/

By the way USA election turn out numbers.

44.6% voted for no one by not voting. Hillary Clinton got 26.5 and Trump got 26.4 if the race was first past the post for president Trump would not be president. By first past the post no one should be president because no one got the most votes.

Reality both Hillary Clinton and Trump should be forced to share the post of present so they have the really required 50.1% of the population behind them.

USA law really does need to add a 50.1% clause to the requirement to be president.

  16. dougman says:

“Anyone who voted for this prick is a traitor.”

So you prefer Sell-out Clinton? I’m willing to bet you don’t even reside in the U.S.

  17. dougman says:

“folks who voted Trump were less educated rural folks.”

Robert, just turn off your television and quit parroting whats being spoon fed to you. According to your logic, all the red counties in this map https://i.imgur.com/M3U4LdU.jpg, are nothing but dumb hillbillies, eh?

  18. lpbbear wrote, “Anyone who voted for this prick is a traitor.”

I wouldn’t go that far. Broadly, folks who voted Trump were less educated rural folks. While they are not a huge slice of the population, Trump got nearly every one of them to vote. So this is less treason than neglect to universally participate. Hillary had enough votes to win but they weren’t distributed optimally. USA has been accepting 50-60% turnout as “normal”, but it’s dangerous. Bad things can happen in a democracy when participation is this low. Parties and elections can be hijacked.

Chuckle. While Trump railed against the Clinton Foundation for conflict of interest with a nonprofit and “illegal” e-mail servers, we are going to see industrial strength corruption with his kids running a global for profit business with his name. Guess what? The kids are also running the transition team to make sure all their interests are protected. Will the GOP impeach a GOP president for high crimes? I doubt it. They will be too busy reversing Roe v Wade, gay rights, real religious freedom and Obamacare.

  19. lpbbear says:

“Putin is laughing. His plan for world domination by turning USA into a puppet show worked.”

You are so right here Pogson. Trump colluded with Putin to affect the outcome of a national election. Trump has vowed to pull out of NATO or start charging NATO countries for US defense assets in their countries. Putin would love to have more (cough cough) “influence” (crimea) to former Soviet states that are now NATO members or flirting with NATO. Can you say Treason? I knew you could. Anyone who voted for this prick is a traitor.

    https://www.theguardian.com/business/2016/apr/25/delaware-tax-loophole-1209-north-orange-trump-clinton

One of the funny things is both trump and clinton share a tax avoidance firm. So you were kinda stuffed from the start as neither of the choices were going to be interested in fixing up the tax system properly as they are documented tax avoiding.

Rupert Murdoch very good read one of the people who decided to back Trump.

The reality is Rupert Murdoch has a long track record of tax evasion and tax avoidance. What is the difference between tax evasion and tax avoidance mostly that tax avoidance is finding a loop hole in tax laws allowing you to perform tax evasion without in fact committing a crime.

Trump has had many government contracts for things so he has spent and used government funds.
    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-WTfoT_y-BQ
If you want a truthful business man on tax. Kerry Packer 2:16. Kerry Packer was a true master of tax avoidance .

    https://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2016/oct/07/donald-trump-tax-avoidance-businesses

Guess what Trump uses lot of the same methods as Kerry Packer use to use in Australia until we updated out tax code closing the loopholes and of course when you closed the loop holes they change from tax avoidance to tax evasion.

Putting something in the style of Kerry Packer or Trump will either be very good because they will know how to alter the laws to catch the tax cheats or very bad because they will add even more loop holes to be able to avoid paying even more tax.

And speaking of taxes, how about laying some of the blame at the feet of women, who don’t seem to pay any taxes as a collective bunch either:

    @Dougie

No muzzies here please. Maybe send a few down to Mr. P’s house so he can show his neighbours how diverse he is.. You can however have Trudeau, Wynne and Notley if you like. Three fine candidates who love spending your money. Mr. P claims Trump never paid taxes. How much of the citizen’s tax Money has he spent? That’s right, a big fat zero. And how much taxpayer dollar has Shillary spent on spirit cooking, Benghazi, doling out welfare to the lazy and the mentally ill, etc? And btw, there is a difference between tax deduction and tax evasion. One is perfectly legal. The other lands you in jail, unless your last name is cliton.

    http://www.export.org.au/publications/the-china-shanghai-pilot-free-trade-zone-australia

dougman you need a good diplomat. Something I guess you missed what the really wrong case of the Australian prime-mister getting the red carpet on the last visit to China that did not fit the Australian aircraft because it was the one that was for the USA Airforce one. Yes last visit USA Presidential visit to China USA was snubbed. Lets see if Trump does any better.

Why pay back a dollar, if you can legally only payback pennies on the dollar?
That is the problem this works in business. This does not turn out that good in international trade. Lets say you do decide to pay back pennies in the dollar on the USA debt to China. How would China recover this money. Simple tax all exports going to the USA by forming a unified trade group to-do it . China is setting up a free trade zone without the USA with all members agreeing to add back on export taxes if items leave from any country in the free trade zone to a country that is not. I guess China has allowed for trump winning and attempting that stupidity and it working on putting deals in place to leave USA without supply at cost effective price.

Whats wrong in other nations have nuclear energy?
The waste products where are you going to put that. The biggest problem with nuclear energy other than the sun is waste handling. So more nations getting nuclear energy does not solve the waste problem. Please remember the USA itself does not have proper storage locations set-up to take the nuclear waste it is producing. The worse fact is Las Vegas is built in the exclusion zone of the USA biggest nuclear waste storage and the reason why that storage has not been deprecated due to population is the USA does not have anywhere else. Maybe this is Trump advisers idea.

Something to be aware of is Australia is number 3 in Uranium exports behind Canada and Kazakhstan. All 3 countries have unified export polices on what countries have to-do to get Uranium.

The reality is most Asian and Middle Eastern countries cannot provide the mandatory waste disposal locations to get an permit to be exported from the top 3 providers let alone the other worries.

    Dougman here is a problem
    http://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2015-07-10/japan-s-17-000-tons-of-nuclear-waste-in-search-of-a-home
Do you have a location for 17000+ tons of growing existing nuclear waste without a home from Japan. If you can find a suitable home for the waste that works then suggest more countries going nuclear. Until then we need to really focus on the existing problem not making the existing problem worse.

Iran like it or not does in fact have suitable waste storage in place if they are allowed to go nuclear. So we don’t end up with another Japan before countries are allowed nuclear reactors or nuclear fuel the country need to provide a developed wasted disposal location.

We’re not stopping international trade, just renegotiating better trade deals for Americans. Deals that protect American jobs.
It is almost too late China intentionally pegged their currency 10 percent lower than the USA dollar to make sure they had good export rates at USA expense.

USA is not in the location to do effective renegotiating China has seen to that. China believes in the idea of blood less victory.

Mind you USA change of government might fix some USA stupid moves.
    http://www.popularmechanics.com/military/navy-ships/a23738/uss-zumwalt-ammo-too-expensive/
Exactly what is the idea of building a warship that you cannot load with ammo because you cannot afford to buy it. Are we going to have the same problem with the joint strike fighter as well.

  27. dougman wrote, “Did you lose $200?”

Nope. CDN $ is up 1% overnight. Gold is up 2%. Bidding is up 5% with 3:1 bid:ask volume on one of my major holdings. I’m laughing all the way to the bank as USA self-destructs and takes the world’s economy with it. I’m 6% richer today than yesterday and Trump hasn’t done a thing yet.

  28. dougman wrote, “We’re not stopping international trade, just renegotiating better trade deals for Americans. Deals that protect American jobs.”

Why would the world agree to protect USAian jobs? Protectionism is what caused everyone to negotiate Free Trade. Protectionism kills jobs. Instead of manufacturing cars for the world, USA will manufacture cars for USA. Same with GE, RCA, etc. If USA puts up tariffs against foreign goods, the world will put up tariffs against USAian goods.

dougman wrote, “Donald being a billionaire, he sure seems to do just fine”.

Let’s see. He pays no taxes and becomes rich. That’s a great recipe for destroying government. USA will become The 50 Colonies with no federal government. USA will cease to be a player on the world stage as they fight amongst each other instead of working together. Trump bankrupted more businesses than successes. He grew rich by not paying employees, taxes, contractors, etc. He also hired lots of foreign labour. Instead of “bringing home jobs”, he’s very likely to drive businesses out of USA. If I were M$, Google, Yahoo, etc. I’d move off-shore before January 20…

dougman, being very short-sighted, wrote, “Whats wrong in other nations have nuclear energy?”

Nuclear weapons, silly. If Trump breaks every treaty that Obama, Bush, Clinton negotiated, Iran, Saudi Arabia, S. Korea, Japan… will all get nuclear weapons as fast as they can, two or three years. Forget 9/11. The terrorists will have nukes before you can say “Bob’s your uncle”. With no one paying federal taxes in USA, there is no military that can hold it all together. Certainly NATO won’t. Asia and the terrorists will step forward.

Putin is laughing. His plan for world domination by turning USA into a puppet show worked.

  29. Ivan says:

What every single Trump hater has completely forgotten is that everyone hates Clinton more.

  30. dougman says:

Sad?…no one is sad but you. By the way The UNITED STATES of AMERICA is a REPUBLIC.

“For that stupidity/neglect USA will pay a heavy price.”

Oh, what heavy price do you infer?

“Folks will find out that international trade is actually good for USA.”

We’re not stopping international trade, just renegotiating better trade deals for Americans. Deals that protect American jobs.

“Folks will find out that Trump can’t balance a budget.”

LOL…it’s funny you bring that up, as Donald being a billionaire, he sure seems to do just fine. Going into bankruptcy and renegotiating with banks, as all the money they create out of thin air and loan out, is a very intelligent move on his part. Why pay back a dollar, if you can legally only payback pennies on the dollar?

“Folks will find out the world will be in chaos in the vacuum created by Trump.”

Actually Clinton, has caused more chaos in the world. http://www.rjchq.org/secretary_clinton_s_legacy_a_world_in_chaos

“Extreme cases will be Asian and Middle Eastern countries going nuclear.”

Whats wrong in other nations have nuclear energy?

“Will you feel safer then, paranoid brats?”

Who’s being paranoid? It seems to me that Canada is going to be on the receiving end of large in-flux of Muslims. Are your lands and doors ready to accept your brethren?

  31. JD says:

President Trump, you better believe it. He’s gonna make America great again. We can only hope some of that rubs off on Canada. There will be no wars, unless the enemy fires first. Troops are coming home. Taxes will be cut for the middle class. Obummercare will be repelled and replaced with something better. Collusive media will lose their voice and be torn apar from withint. Illegals are going back. Muslims and other incompatibles are going back. Citizens are gonna stop collecting welfare, get off their bums and get to work. Education will be purged of liberal and marxist filth. Justice will be served. One nation under God. It’s gonna be great.
