A year ago, I reported that GNU/Linux was making a move in the Czech Republic. It got even better. Half the loss of share of page-views of that other OS was going to GNU/Linux. Now, we can see the huge growth, in a single year:
The daily average for January, 2015 was 4.03% ± 0.3%(σ). Beautiful isn’t it? 100% growth is absolutely wonderful. I wonder how far it will go?
Events which may have added to this growth:
- Linux Professional Institute adopted a school to pilot an LPI course
- Czech Republic has its own annual Linux conference. These folks are serious.
