Supreme Court agrees to hear arguments for class action suits on computers

Finally, the Supreme Court of Canada may have an opportunity to overtune the ridiculous ruling by the BC courts that consumers cannot sue producers in a class action. Finally consumers may get some satisfaction from M$’s anti-competitive behaviour in Canada. No matter how many $billions consumers get from M$ the damage done over decades of exclusionary practices cannot be undone. The publicity surrounding the case may do far more than civil damages.
