Germany: Apple Snows the Judge Again

A judge has decided that the smooth, shiny surfaces of the iPad were copied by Samsung…

I am not kidding. This shows you can always find a sucker. The judge should have visited any retail store. Smooth and shiny is standard since mass-production of consumer devices. I used to work in a tractor factory. We made those smooth and shiny. I once had a shift on the grinder…

Samsung will appeal and if there is any justice will win. I hope the judge in question gets smacked. The judge did not even bother to compare a real iPad with a real Galaxy Tab.
