Trump’s Drive-Thru Kleptocracy

Yesterday’s pardon of a serial/mass denier of human rights in USA signals the beginning of a new era in USAian history, kleptocracy. Trump promised to create jobs, millions of them but he never mentioned that Nazis, Jew-haters, white supremacists, bad cops, and serial violators of the USAian constitution should queue up at the White House to receive their pardons for past, present and future crimes against humanity, foreign and domestic, great and small… This could be a growth industry. There could be money and power in it “like we’ve never seen before”, believe me. It could fuel evil 24×7 for decades to come. It could fuel criminal gangs and their descendants in perpetuity. Trump is not limited by the imaginations of ordinary mortals. His arrogance knows no bounds. This is what you get when you anoint people with no morals/conscience to high positions.

Is that Pence I see in the trainees’ induction?

You may have noticed that Trump did some good things like fire nut-case Gorka and proclaim Women’s Equality Day but he did not state why Gorka was fired nor that Women’s Equality only applies to white women. Clearly, Trump had no problem with Arpaio hassling non-whites. Arpaio locked up thousands on the mere suspicion they were not legal residents just by skin-colour.

WAKE UP, USA! IMPEACH TRUMP WHILE YOU STILL CAN AND BEFORE HE PARDONS HIS SUCCESSORS!

  1. Grece says:

courts have told officers that it’s not their job to enforce federal immigration law.

    WRONG!

    Get your facts straight Robert!

  2. Grece wrote, “Please cite the law, whereby it states that the officer was acting with criminal negligence by arresting someone attempting to work on a tourist visa.”

Please cite what paranormal ability allowed the officer to detect that as an Hispanic person drove by… and further, courts have told officers that it’s not their job to enforce federal immigration law.

  3. Grece says:

There was no suspicion of anything except Hispanic=illegal. The officer was the criminal.

Please cite the law, whereby it states that the officer was acting with criminal negligence by arresting someone attempting to work on a tourist visa. Seriously Robert, they detained the guy for a few hours, and did not hold him overnight.

I find it laughable that you seriously think that it is ok to enter another country and work there illegally.

  4. Grece wrote, “so long as there is a suspicion of a crime”.

  5. Grece says:

That has absolutely nothing to do with Arpaio’s illegal acts.

Oh!… but it has everything do with Arpaio’s actions. Entering a nation on a tourist visa with the intention to work is against the law Robert. You are condoning breaking the law!

Because Trump lies does not mean someone else has the right to do some other unrelated crime.

Trump has nothing to do with this action Robert. He just righted a wrong.

One of the other witnesses against Arpaio was interviewed on CNN. He was naturalized 50 years ago and his wife was born in USA but Arpaio’s goons pulled them over for no reason at all and frisked them for no reason at all.

This can be done to anyone Robert, so long as there is a suspicion of a crime. The police can ask anyone to step out of their vehicle, and search it and the driver. What would you do in such a situation? Nothing.

Arpaio’s crime was racial profiling and then refusing to comply with an explicit order by the court to stop.

There was no racial profiling. He was upholding the law, for the people that elected him in the first place. I find it racist that you refuse to allow any immigrants into your home.

  6. Grece, quoting facts not in evidence, wrote, “Considering that the plaintiff was on a tourist visa and not a workers visa is a VERY big issue. You are making a big stink over this, but the point is that this individual lied as to his intentions as to why he was in the United States in the first place and was here for work.”

  7. Grece says:

    Pleadings can say anything Robert.

Considering that the plaintiff was on a tourist visa and not a workers visa is a VERY big issue. You are making a big stink over this, but the point is that this individual lied as to his intentions as to why he was in the United States in the first place and was here for work.

Canada has the same rules as well. So by you pressing the issue, you advocate for lawless immigrants to stealing jobs?

  8. Grece wrote, “That is not what happened Robert, quit making stuff up.”

This is what the judge found to be fact:
“Further, the MCSO acknowledges that, at the time of his arrest, Ortega-Melendres was in possession of a visa that was validly issued and, on its face, authorized his presence on the day of his arrest. Thus, even assuming that he did not have his I-94 document in his possession and/or was otherwise “out-of-status” with the federal immigration requirements of his visa, the status violation was a violation of federal civil immigration regulations, and did not constitute a violation of the Arizona Human Smuggling Act. Pursuant to his existing and validly issued visa, Ortega-Melendres was lawfully in this state. To the extent that he was lawfully in this state, but out of compliance with federal immigration regulations, that is an issue presented by the federal immigration regulations, and not state law, and thus not within the jurisdiction of MCSO officers after the revocation of their 287(g) authority.”

  9. Grece says:

Lets talk about illegal immigration to Canada Robert. Sounds like Trudope is becoming increasingly racist and xenophobic.

    http://insider.foxnews.com/2017/08/21/canadian-prime-minister-trudeau-sounds-alarm-about-illegal-immigrants

Even Canadians that have lived their entire lives in-country are starting to hate the influx of illegal migrants.

  10. Grece says:

Arpaio’s boys refused to accept the visa and processed the poor guy anyway. He was guilty of no crime, ICE would not take him off their hands and they turned him over to Border Patrol eventually who then abandoned him far from where he was staying.

That is not what happened Robert, quit making stuff up.

The court records of the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office stated that Ortega Melendres told the deputy he was working, in violation of his tourist visa. You cannot work in the United States with a tourist visa. It is the same for Canada too.

  11. Want the whole story on Arpaio’s racism? Read the ACLU

They have links to the various cases with all the information you need to inform your opinion. This wasn’t just a few mistakes but institutional racism that was tolerated far too long.

  12. Grece wrote, “Sheriff Joe was up holding the law, protecting citizens, enforcing border security and was basically railroaded.”

No, he wasn’t. The law stated he was to desist from sweeping up “others” just because he didn’t like them and he refused to comply. One of the complainants, for instance, was a tourist from Mexico with a valid passport and visa. Arpaio’s boys refused to accept the visa and processed the poor guy anyway. He was guilty of no crime, ICE would not take him off their hands and they turned him over to Border Patrol eventually who then abandoned him far from where he was staying. So, they violated this guy’s rights, dishonoured the law and persisted in doing such things for more than a decade. The court issued an order in 2011 which Arpaio continued to violate despite repeated persistent attempts to persuade Arpaio to stop.

“Although the MCSO’s investigations into the matters arising from the Armendariz discoveries were flawed, they did minimally confirm that MCSO deputies took IDs and other items of personal property from members of the Plaintiff class without a basis for doing so. Such previously undisclosed seizures, their extent, and the adequacy of the MCSO’s investigation into such misconduct were relevant to the harm inflicted on the Plaintiff class and the requisite appropriate remedies, thus they became one of the principal topics of the evidentiary hearing.

In the middle of the evidentiary hearing, on July 7, 2015, Captain Bailey became aware that an additional 1459 IDs had been turned into property and evidence for destruction by Sergeant Knapp.”

Yep. There’s clean hands all over this thing. Further, “within a few days of their discovery, Sheridan knew that approximately 30% of the 1459 IDs had Hispanic surnames.”

Don’t “believe him”. Trump is lying when he says Arpaio was just doing his job. The citizens voted Arpaio out simply because instead of doing police work Arpaio was running a witch-hunt under colour of law. Instead of contempt of court, Arpaio and his batch of miscreants should have been prosecuted under RICO.

Lovely collection of people Arpaio organized into a criminal organization called a police force.

  13. Grece says:

So let me gets this straight Robert. You would approve of someone breaking into your home, and taking up residence uninvited?

  14. Grece says:

Robert, you sure do hate Trump why?

Sheriff Joe was up holding the law, protecting citizens, enforcing border security and was basically railroaded.

Either way, lets look at the pardons Obama has given shall we?

    https://www.justice.gov/pardon/obama-pardons

Cocaine is mentioned 47 times, controlled substances 7 times, fraud 6 times, marijuana 33 times. What a lovely collection of people eh?
