Not Presidential, Aberrant

“US President Donald Trump has defended his use of social media in a series of tweets, following a row over comments he made about two MSNBC TV presenters.

“My use of social media is not presidential – it’s modern day presidential,” he tweeted on Saturday.”

When some scum gets elected president due to some missteps from the competition and lots of help from Russia, he’s not really POTUS. He’s an aberration. In particular, scum like Trump deserves to be locked up, not residing in the White House. It’s an embarrassment to USA that despite the illegal assistance Trump should win. He’s the worst USA has to offer, not the best. Impeachment or failure to re-elect can’t come soon enough to remove this thug/buffoon from office.

  1. Ivan says:

Obama was THE reason for the vast migration of illegal immigrants and Mohammedans.

Except Black Jesus deported 23% more people than W.

  2. Grece says:

Oh oh, Trump could easily top that.

OH? What would be your theoretical national security assessment Robert?

Think of all those semi-auto firearms out there.

Eh? What about them?? They are not a problem Robert.

If Trumpism results in an uncivil war in USA the body-count could go sky-high, not to mention Putin taking a pre-emptive nuclear strike in the process.

Please define Trumpism, using normal vernacular. Also, can you expound upon this “uncivil war” you mention? How would that happen??

Insinuating that Russia would strike the U.S. in a surprise nuclear attack, is something people thought about in the 80’s Robert. Pull your head out of your ass, and live in the 21st century.

    Trump is dangerous.

So are you behind a wheel it seems, but at least we don’t have to worrying about you careening into someones vehicle and killing them. The Bolo, with its lack of safety features would surely do you in.

He’s attacking the pillars of USA: free speech, equal rights, checks and balances.

Attacking? Attacking Robert?? Give us one example of Trump attacking free speech.

Heck, he’s even making unprecedented power-grabs with his executive orders.

Executive orders are NOT power grabs Robert. God, you are such an uneducated douche.

Obama and others pale into insignificance for the danger Trump represents to individual liberty.

Oh I don’t know Robert, 50% or more of Americans would disagree with you on that notion. Obama was THE reason for the vast migration of illegal immigrants and Mohammedans.

Grece wrote, “In order to wrest the title of worst president from Buchanan, a contemporary commander in chief would need to wreck the economy, revoke all human rights from an entire race, violate the constitutional separation of powers, and plunge the country into a ruinous civil war that kills nearly 2% of the U.S. population.”

Notice that while he talks about looking out for the little guy, his cabinet is full of old rich white guys? Notice that he’s OK with a bunch of men working in the back rooms to draft a new healthcare bill? What say do women and minorities have? What’s happening to free speech and a free press? He’s inciting people to violence and verbally abusing women with no check on his abuse.

This is only the beginning. Will he be impeached before the damage he’s doing is irreversible?

  4. Grece wrote, “Trump has a beautiful wife, is healthy, full of energy, a billionaire and knows how to get ahead in life.”

Strange. I have a beautiful wife. I’m full of energy. I’m healthier than a lot of people I’ve out-lived. Trump is only a few years older than I and I manage to sleep comfortably without being in a rage in the wee hours.

I’ve read that Trump “doesn’t believe in exercise”. His theory is that one is born with a certain amount of energy and by not exercising he has more energy for other things. Of course, he’s stark raving bonkers and could croak at any instant from heart-attack or stroke. He is overweight and certifiably insane. I’ll take my life over his any day.

On the matter of sanity, it’s clear Trump is paranoid fearing that everyone is out to get him. It’s clear Trump is a narcissistic bully. It’s pretty clear he would be locked up if he weren’t rich and powerful. As a presumed executive who should gloss over irrelevant details and who should delegate authority he does a lot of self-derailment going after irrelevant details like face-lifts or news media or groping women and their blood… He’s clearly “not right” in the head and we should hope for impeachment at the earliest opportunity or dying in office to save us from catastrophe. Someone just might follow some insane order given in one of his rages.

  5. Grece says:

You know Robert, Trump puts you to shame. Perhaps this is the anger you espouse, as Trump has a beautiful wife, is healthy, full of energy, a billionaire and knows how to get ahead in life.

In any case, the 71-year old President Trump made the media pundits look like the senior citizens of social media and it’s hilarious. Trudope’s tweets are just boring, wouldn’t you agree?

  6. Grece says:

CHUCKLE…your hated for Trump is so obvious Robert. Why is that?

  7. Grece says:

Robert, in all actuality, Americans would disagree with your notion of Trump being the worst ever. At least 50+ percent disagree with your opinion, and leadership under Obama for eight years proves that he was highly unpopular.

But the worst U.S. president label goes to James Buchanan and while I an not going to give you a history lesson. In order to wrest the title of worst president from Buchanan, a contemporary commander in chief would need to wreck the economy, revoke all human rights from an entire race, violate the constitutional separation of powers, and plunge the country into a ruinous civil war that kills nearly 2% of the U.S. population.

  8. Grece says:

….and I agree, Trump is an “aberration”. I rather someone speak their mind, and so what if someone uses twitter, whats your beef about using technology to engage and communicate with the constituency?

Twitter, as Trump communicates today, is akin to Roosevelt and his fireside chats, broadcast on the radio.

Almost nine decades ago, Franklin D Roosevelt, then governor of New York, tried an experiment that made some journalists fume: he started using radio to broadcast directly to listeners. He did this partly out of curiosity, but he and his political team had a second motive: the Democrat Roosevelt wanted to find a way to talk directly to voters without relying on the local papers, which were largely Republican.

The tactic worked so well that when Roosevelt was later installed as president in 1933, he became the first incumbent of the White House to conduct so-called “fireside chats” on the radio. Newspaper journalists frowned — but, eventually, they started reporting on those radio shows until this became entirely normal.

  9. Grece says:

Robert, it’s already been determined that the alleged Russian connection is a fabrication. Unless of course you have evidence otherwise. Do you have evidence to support your statement??

  10. Deaf Spy says:

My respect for TLW grows with every new day.

  11. BobK54, amen! I doubt I’ve made “The List” because my ratings are too low, but he’s still sent several apologists. My biggest issue is TLW. She rags on me just for watching CNN…

  12. BobK54 says:

Mr. Pogson, based upon your commentary you’ve now made “The List”. 🙂 You said something bad about the US Man-Boy president so be prepared to be the subject of an infantile rant posted at 3:15AM EDT in the coming days. The implosion is coming, just not soon enough. Politics as (sad) entertainment. I just don’t get what people see in him, it’s so obvious to us intelligent folks.
