The last time I visited Switzerland I was impressed with how well they dressed, how little they smiled in public, how smooth were their railways, how efficient were their banks and how much they charged for chocolate…

Of course, that was many years ago when I had only a little grey hair. Now they seem to recognize that the world can and does make its own software and that sharing that software is a practical and efficient solution to the problems of IT from top to bottom.
