Larry Ellison lie if it truly did not know it was incompetence.  Worst not knowing he was incompetent to answer.  Google legal team tried to protect him by saying the question had to be answered by an expert.  At that point Larry could have backed out of answering.  His own legal team let him down as well.  Never ask a question of a person you don&#039;t know the answer to.  Rule one of court.  Rule two be sure that answer is the truth.
